Before lighting: Remove any adornments near the wick. Avoid burning more than four hours at a time.

Keep out of reach: Always keep candles away from children and pets.

Burn on a stable surface: Choose a heat-resistant surface, away from flammable objects.

Caution: Jar may become hot during use. Let cool before handling.

Allow candle to burn to the edges: Some tunneling is normal with beeswax and will self-correct with continued burns.

Never leave unattended: Do not leave a burning candle alone.

Trim wick: Fora clean, even burn, trim wick to 1/8" before each use.

Discontinue use: Stop burning when 1/4" wax remains.

By contrast, paraffin, derived from petroleum, releases toxic compounds as it burns, while soy wax often comes from GMO crops and requires heavy processing, raising concerns for both purity and sustainability.

Together, tallow and beeswax create a flame that is clean, non-toxic, and beautifully traditional.
